I use these socks for the first time to run a Spartan race, they hold on and resist the abuse and stood on place the entire 15+ miles, the best part is that the next day I was sore ( of course) but not as much as went have run without these socks...
I'll will buy more and absolutely recommend this socks
I sit at a desk all day and as a result, have terrible swelling in my lower legs, ankles and feet. After removing these socks at home, I can actually see my ankle bones again!!! I have no swelling and no discomfort. My feet, ankles and legs do not feel achy, tired, heavy or full. These, by far, have been the best compression socks I've found!
Simply love these when working on my feet all day. I was a bit skeptical so I wore a regular wool trekking sock on one foot and a Blitzu on the other. I was more than pleasantly surprised at how much better the Blitzu leg and foot felt at the end of the day. There was a huge noticeable difference in the way my feet felt. It sold me. I doubt I will ever wear regular socks again when hiking or working. Compression socks work in a big way and Blitzu's are crazy comfortable and very high quality.
I have been running for 40+ years (60 years old). I started to experience lower leg pain after short 5 10k runs and it was suggested to look into the benefits of a compression sock. After much research I selected the Blitzu knee highs and they seem to help quite a bit. In my case, after a run, I ice down for a half hour so and then wear these socks at night. they are good quality and fit snug but still easy to put on and remove (with some effort but that is the case with compression clothing. I highly recommend these and probably will purchase another pair. BTW, Blitzu also provides a pretty thorough guide on leg pain mechanics and causes, and exercises to reduce symptoms.
I love the Blitzu compression socks! They fit tight so if you have developed calves get the xtra-large, if you have sze 13-14 calves get large. I got the large and I have slender ankles and calves. Fold the socks over the foot part of the sock, make sure the V points to the front of toes (lined up) and grab the ankle of sock onto foot until toes are snug in the sock and pull up over your heel.Grab the folded sock up your leg ,pulling firmly until you have no more fold and you reached your knee. Voila! Now you can walk, garden, stand at a job all day, or shop with ease.
